TRUSTED BY

Why Trust Services Matter — The Foundation of Digital Confidence.
Trust services—including qualified signatures, seals, time stamps, and archiving—provide legal certainty, non-repudiation, and long-term evidential value for electronic agreements. They ensure documents remain authentic, unaltered, and provable for decades. In regulated industries and cross-border commerce, qualified trust services are the legal backbone that makes digital transactions binding and audit-ready across the EU.
Ahead of the Curve:
Certified for Europe’s next chapter in trust.

What we secure:
Reality Check: Compliance in Action
A regulated financial institution must onboard a customer for a high-value contract. Our identity verification provides an audit-ready record that satisfies regulators in all EU jurisdictions.
Reality Check: User Experience in Action
A customer signs a mortgage contract digitally using QES, completing the process in minutes while meeting the strictest legal requirements across the EU.
Reality Check: Compliance in Action
A bank needs to onboard a new customer under AMLR. The customer’s passport doesn’t list a residential address, but KYC requires one. By requesting a separate QEAA for the customer’s residential address, the bank obtains a qualified, verifiable proof of that attribute and completes AMLR‑compliant onboarding without adding unnecessary friction.
Reality Check: Compliance in Action
A cross-border sales contract is challenged in court. The archived evidence is retrieved, proving the signature’s validity and securing a favourable outcome.

“Trust is the backbone of all business, and it will be the driving force behind the global digital economy.
